Joining RCH from Previous Roles

Care & Nursing

Whether it’s helping someone with personal care, supporting them to eat their lunch and take their medication, or enjoying an activity, as part of the care or nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing a wide-range of person-centred care and/or clinical support whilst spending quality time with residents. Senior and nurse roles in these teams require certain qualifications as you will be a leader who helps develop, teach and action best practices and techniques within the home.

Progression opportunities in these teams include becoming a senior or, for the more clinically minded, a CHAPs (Care Home Advanced Practitioner); as well as various management opportunities.
