Comprehensive induction
We want our new team members to start off on the right foot so we have a comprehensive three-day induction for all new starters which includes training, shadow shifts and a buddy assigned to each of them.

Care Certificate
We believe in supporting our teams to continually develop so we start off by encouraging all of our new starters to complete their Care Certificate within their first three months of joining us.

Health & Wellbeing

Working in care isn’t the easiest of careers as it can have an impact on the health and wellbeing of our teams. Therefore, we’ve partnered with various organisations who provide additional help to our teams in order to support them with their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Our monthly awards give visitors, residents, tenants, colleagues and professionals across our homes and services the opportunity to nominate a member of the team for going the extra mile.
